1- Cancellation by the User: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or activity will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled class or activity will not be eligible for a refund. 2- Cancellation by the Service Provider: In the event the class or activity is canceled by the service provider, users will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date. 3- No-Show Policy: If a user does not attend the scheduled class or activity without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
