Replacement and Refund Policy – Creativity Oasis
At Creativity Oasis, we aim to provide a clear and enjoyable learning experience. We also understand that plans may change, so the following policy applies to this activity:
Refunds:
Customers may request a refund within 48 hours from the registration date, provided that they have not attended the workshop or course, or accessed any digital content if applicable, and that the refund request is submitted at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop or course.
If less than 48 hours remain before the start of the workshop or course, the amount is non-refundable. If the workshop or course is cancelled by ICreativity Oasis, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to register for an alternative workshop.
Rescheduling or Transfer:
Customers may request to reschedule the course or workshop, or transfer their registration to another workshop, provided that the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the start time.
Only one rescheduling or transfer request is allowed per registration, subject to seat availability in the alternative course or workshop.
