Description:

Specialized resistance and strength-training sessions designed for teen girls (ages 12–18) to build confidence, improve fitness, and develop healthy habits. Classes are private with a maximum of 6 participants, held three times a week for one hour each. The package includes one month of training plus a free consultation session with the coach to set personal goals.
